The 10 Best Yeezy 700s

Published: by Jack Aldrich

Making its debut in 2017, the Yeezy Boost 700 is one of the most popular Yeezy sneakers to come from Kanye West’s partnership with adidas. There’s been multiple different renditions of the silhouette over the years, as well as plenty of different colourways, with many of these remaining popular choices even today. From classics such as the OG “Wave Runner” right through to lesser-seen models such as the MNVN range, here at Crepslocker we share a lot of love for this silhouette.

But which Yeezy 700 is the best of all time? Well, we’ve decided to take a look at some classic releases from over the years and rank them once and for all. You’ll find plenty of great pairs in this list and may even discover something new, so let’s get started and discover the greatest Yeezy 700s of all time!

Yeezy Boost 700 Enflame Amber10. Yeezy Boost 700 "Enflame Amber"

The first addition to our list comes in the form of the Yeezy Boost 700 “Enflame Amber”. Launching in 2021, this pair marked a significant change in the design language of Yeezy. Instead of opting for the usual earthy neutral tones, the brand began to showcase vibrant and head-turning colours, such as the orange seen here.

Yeezy 700 Safflower9. Yeezy 700 V3 "Safflower"

Another vibrant pair comes in at spot number nine, this time in the form of the Yeezy 700 V3 “Safflower”. Interestingly, you may have noticed the absence of “Boost” in the title of this model, which is due to the fact that this variant of the Yeezy 700 doesn’t actually feature Boost technology, unlike its two predecessors!

Yeezy 700 MNVN Metallic8. Yeezy Boost 700 MNVN "Metallic"

Much like Kanye himself, the Yeezy 700 has undergone multiple style changes over the years, with the MNVN example showcasing a futuristic look that’s best seen in “Metallic”, as pictured here. Coming complete with in-your-face branding, a nylon upper and a chunky Boost sole, could this be the best pair of MNVNs we’ve ever seen?

Yeezy 700 V2 Tephra7. Yeezy Boost 700 V2 "Tephra"

Coming in hot at number seven is 2019’s Yeezy 700 V2 “Tephra”. As the first V2 to make our list, this colourway embodies the more sophisticated and contemporary feel to the V2, showing off various hues of grey to form an incredibly versatile pair. Completed with a gum rubber sole, we certainly think this pair could do with a re-release!

Yeezy 700 Analog6. Yeezy Boost 700 "Analog"

Returning to the Steven Smith-designed V1 silhouette, we’re taking a look at the popular “Analog” colour scheme here. Decking out the Yeezy Boost 700 in an ever-popular neutral cream colourway, this pair first launched in 2019 and later saw a re-release in 2023. Many Yeezy fans consider these a must-have for the collection!

 Yeezy 700 Mauve5. Yeezy Boost 700 "Mauve"

Hitting our halfway spot is the ever-popular Yeezy Boost 700 “Mauve”. Hitting the market in 2018, this colourway showcases smooth suede uppers and hits of brown, mauve and green for a sensible approach to design. Rounded off with the classic Boost midsole we all know and love, these are without a doubt a super versatile pair.

Yeezy 700 V3 Azael4. Yeezy 700 V3 "Azael"

When the 700 V3 first dropped in 2019, it flipped the classic 700 design on its head, offering up a sleeker and more futuristic look than ever before. The OG “Azael” colourway remains a classic even today, and has subsequently been re-released in both 2022 and 2023. If you haven’t picked up a pair of these yet you best get searching!

Yeezy 700 V2 Geode3. Yeezy Boost 700 V2 "Geode"

The Yeezy 700 V2 “Geode” first launched in 2019, marking the start of a flurry of brown-hued Yeezy releases. The textured upper features an array of different shades that add to the complex design of the V2 positively. This pair is yet to see any re-releases although plenty of Yeezy fans have been after a fresh pair of these legendary kicks.

Yeezy 700 V2 Static2. Yeezy 700 V2 "Static"

While it didn’t quite make the number one spot, there’s a lot to be said for the impeccably-clean Yeezy Boost 700 V2 “Static”. Arguably the greatest V2 colourway of all time, the “Static” pair shows off an all-white colourway, with reflective details features across the design too. First launching in 2018, we’ve seen the pair re-release in 2022 and 2023 alike, proving the popularity of this already successful colourway.

Yeezy 700 Wave Runner1. Yeezy Boost 700 "Wave Runner"

Taking the top spot in our list is the ever-popular Yeezy Boost 700 “Wave Runner”. It was never going to be any other pair, right? The OG colourway of the 700, it first launched in 2017 and was met with instant success, perhaps due to the retro-vibes felt throughout both the colourway and the design. Last seen back in 2023, could this be one of the best Yeezys of all time?
