We are currently seeking a dedicated and motivated Store Manager. We are seeking a dynamic and ambitious individual with a deep understanding of the luxury fashion and lifestyle sector to enhance our existing service team. Joining our dynamic team at Crepslocker, you will play a vital role in upholding the organisation and efficiency of our store operations.

What you will be doing:

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure customer retention through the provision of exceptional service.
  • Handle enquiries and complaints efficiently, resolving issues and meeting customer requests.
  • Promote consistency across internal teams to achieve top-notch service levels.
  • Demonstrate a thorough grasp of customer service measurement, incorporating activities such as Customer Satisfaction surveys.
  • Ensure achievement and potential surpassing of set targets.
  • Analyse reports to inform key sales decisions.
  • Manage in-store devices to optimise the offering of a broader product range.
  • Confidently utilise the store's dashboard for analysing Footfall, Average Transaction Value, and conversion, applying insights to enhance the store environment.
  • Implement weekly briefs to maintain high visual standards in the store.
  • Utilise the latest visual techniques to attract, engage, and motivate customers for in-store purchases.
  • Ensure visibility and correct placement of all new and advertised products.
  • Update displays, and windows in alignment with Visual Merchandising guidelines.
  • Develop and encourage the progression of existing team members within the company.
  • Conduct regular training meetings in-store to uphold high standards.
  • Monitor internal progression, ensuring completion of relevant Assessments by all personnel.
  • Prioritise management development through dedicated training programs or external resources to enhance leadership skills and capabilities.

What you'll be able to demonstrate:

Skills and Experience:

  • Retail senior management experience within a high turnover business.
  • Experience in managing large teams.
  • Possess excellent time management skills.
  • Background with a fashion-forward footwear, accessory or fashion brand - luxury experience preferred.
  • Confident to "have a go"
  • Builds great relationships.
  • Takes Personal responsibility.
  • Passionate about developing teams.
  • Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Exhibit proficiency in IT skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Representative of our luxury/fashion forward brand in every way.
