I had some issues regarding my order (not this company’s fault) but Natasha helped so much for me to receive my order that was sent back by dpd for no reason and got it to me within two days. Will definitely be ordering again.

Think when you spend £249 for a pair of trainers delivery should be free, apart from that the product was delivered in four days of placing the order.

Purchased a size 5 Ugg Tazz in sand (almost impossible to find these) so was over the moon to discover Crepslocker have them - and lots of others - all colours - all sizes! Package received on time in perfect, mint condition. This shoe just felt a bit on the small size so I returned and reordered a 6UK. 6 arrived on time and it's fantastic. I was informed of some damage to the box prior to shipping with pictures and prompt responses to my conversation with them. Would highly recommend it and will be back for my next pair!
