Before we dive into the new release, let's take a look at the history of the Jordan 4. Designed by Tinker Hatfield, the Air Jordan 4 made its debut in 1989 with the Air Jordan 4 ”White Cement” and “Black / Cement Grey”. The shoe's design featured a visible air unit in the heel and plastic wings on each side.

One of the most memorable moments in Jordan 4 history came in 1989 when MJ hit "The Shot" during Game 5 of the NBA Playoffs, wearing the iconic Jordan 4 “Black Cement”. He made a game-winning jump shot over Craig Ehlo, pumping his fists in celebration and revealing his Jordan 4s to the world.

Fast forward to 2024, and Jordan Brand is taking the classic "Bred" colourway to the next level with the Air Jordan 4 "Bred Reimagined."
