Excellent product, excellent communication. Ordered an essentials hoodie 22nd of December. Emailed to ask if there's any way they could do their best to get it to me before Christmas, it was with me the next day.

I had some issues regarding my order (not this company’s fault) but Natasha helped so much for me to receive my order that was sent back by dpd for no reason and got it to me within two days. Will definitely be ordering again.

Think when you spend £249 for a pair of trainers delivery should be free, apart from that the product was delivered in four days of placing the order.

Very happy all round new customer. Did my due dil on Crepslocker as had never heard of them and for a £170+ purchase wanted reassurance everything was above board. Tested on 2 levels. Purchased a size 5 Ugg Tazz in sand (almost impossible to find these) so was over the moon to discover Crepslocker have them - and lots of others - all colours - all sizes! Package received on time in perfect, mint condition. This shoe just felt a bit on the small size so I returned and reordered a 6UK. 6 arrived on time and it's fantastic. Returned funds are already in my bank account for the size 5. HIGHLY recommend this seller and shall definitely order from again. Brilliant!

I don’t often leave reviews for anything however I had one of the best experiences with Crepslocker, I purchased some Travis Scott lows and the customer service and prompt delivery were great. I was informed of some damage to the box prior to shipping with pictures and prompt responses to my conversation with them. Would highly recommend it and will be back for my next pair!
