Washington-based sneaker boutique A Ma Maniére is no stranger to a collaboration, having linked up with various brands over the years to present razor-sharp streetwear capsules. The retailer first partnered with Jordan Brand back in 2019, releasing a limited-edition take on the scarcely-seen Jordan Proto Max 720. However, most sneakerheads will be more familiar with the brand’s Air Jordan 3 collaboration from 2021. Since then, the duo have been on a collaborative streak that’s not set to slow down anytime soon, as the brand-new A Ma Maniére x Air Jordan 5 “Dawn” is set to launch later on this month.
Inspired by American WWII fighter jets, the AJ5 is an aggressive looking sneaker already, so the design team over at AMM have kept things minimal, with the pair taking on a white and aged-white hued colourway that’s accentuated with hits of blue and purple. AMM branding is located on the tongues and outsoles, while the highly-favoured Nike Air logo makes an appearance on the heels of these kicks.
